No Refunds on Services Rendered
- Custom Work: All services provided by Progen Media, including but not limited to design, development, and marketing campaigns, are tailored specifically to each client. As such, all payments made are final, and no refunds will be issued once a project has begun.
- Deposits and Initial Payments: Deposits and initial payments for projects are non-refundable, as they are used to secure time and resources for your project.
Project Cancellations
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, the client remains responsible for any outstanding balance, reflecting the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Dispute Resolution
- In the event of any dissatisfaction with our services, Progen Media is committed to working closely with clients to resolve issues and make necessary adjustments as per the original project agreement.
- We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure client satisfaction.
